In the case of sweet little Barrow, it was a mix of classic, simple newborn photography that captured all his little details and features, and a silly homage to the fact that he made his arrival just in time for the holidays. New babies are my favorite. They’re so tiny and squishy. Baby Gia is no exception. I think it’s safe to say her brother and sister are certainly glad to welcome her to the family.
Mom requested a simple cake smash on a white background. Something light, bright, elegant, classy… I would say we nailed it! Monroe is the birthday girl and she had a fantastic time smashing her cake. She’s such a happy baby, and has the most beautiful blue eyes. I think I need to offer a white background more. I love the simplicity. Sometimes less is more.
Birthdays are for celebrating! Turning 1 is a pretty big milestone, and a professional portrait session is a great way to ensure that those memories are preserved for years to come.
This little guy came for a session for his first birthday session and cake smash, and I would say he had a blast.
